Dilly Pass privacy information
Last updated October 31, 2026
Dilly Pass helps players and organizers coordinate pickleball games. This notice describes information used by Dilly Pass. It does not describe every Dilly League feature.
Information used
Your account and profile may include your display name and account email; an optional phone number; city or postal code and time zone; self-reported playing level and an optional DUPR reference; competition and format preferences; clubs, saved courts, travel range, guest-fee preferences, and usual availability. Saved places may include approximate coordinates for distance matching.
Game coordination records can include Sub Bench memberships and group-specific invitation preferences, organizer favorites and mutes, Game Cards, positions and eligibility requirements, requests, waitlist and confirmation states, messages, and activity notifications. Organizers may see relevant profile and availability details for groups and openings they are authorized to manage.
If you contact us about a club, event, or group program, we use the details you submit to respond and track the inquiry. Our website keeps a broad source category, such as search or a club referral, for the browser session and may save that category with your inquiry. It does not save the full referring URL or campaign text with the inquiry. We also use a keyed hash of the submitting IP address to limit abuse.
If you follow a Dilly Pass sign-up link from our marketing site, we may save its broad source category with a recently created profile until that profile is deleted. This lets us measure requests, organizer approvals, and games both players and organizers confirm took place. We do not save invitation links, campaign text, or referrer URLs for this report, or use the category to target messages. Staff reports show aggregate counts only and hide small groups.
Email invitations, SMS invitations, wider-network discovery, and invitations from each Sub Bench are separate choices and start off. Joining a Sub Bench does not enable email, SMS, or wider-network discovery. The authorized organizers of a bench you join can see the profile and availability details relevant to that group.
How information is used and shared
We use this information to operate profiles, match eligible players to invitations, manage Game Cards and requests, show activity, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. A public Game Card does not show a player's phone number, email address, or roster. Broader organizer discovery is separate and off by default; joining one Sub Bench does not enable it.
Dilly Pass uses Clerk for sign-in, Supabase for application data, and Vercel for hosting. If SMS invitations are enabled, you have verified your number, and you have separately opted in, the phone number and invitation message may be sent to Bird. If you separately opt in to an email invitation and that feature is enabled, the recipient address and invitation content may be sent through Brevo. Provider acceptance does not mean a message was delivered. SMS and email preferences are separate, and STOP is processed as an SMS opt-out.
